Information We Collect

Sikefi collects and handles information that is reasonably needed to operate a consumer utility app, maintain the app experience, process enabled purchases, and respond to privacy or legal requests.

Information you provide may include content, preferences, app inputs, saved items, and other material you choose to add or keep within the app. If you contact us, we may receive your email address, message content, and related correspondence details.

Information generated through use of the app may include device and app activity records, diagnostics, crash data, usage events, settings, and identifiers that help us maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and understand general app performance. If you make an in-app purchase, payment and transaction details are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider, and we may receive limited purchase-related records needed to confirm access, prevent abuse, resolve issues, and keep legal or accounting records.

How We Use Your Information

Information is used to operate Sikefi, provide app functions, preserve user-selected content, maintain app reliability, and communicate about privacy, support, legal, or administrative matters.

We also use information to protect the app, prevent misuse, debug technical issues, analyze aggregated or de-identified app performance, enforce applicable terms, comply with law, and manage purchase-related records. Where consent is required, processing will be based on that consent. Where EEA or UK privacy laws apply, our lawful bases may include performing our contract with you, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interests such as app security and service improvement, consent where required, and establishing or defending legal claims.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information

Information may be shared with service providers that help operate, host, analyze, secure, or support the app. These providers are allowed to use information only for the services they provide to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

Purchase processing may involve app stores, payment processors, tax systems, fraud-prevention tools, and related platform providers. Those parties may handle transaction information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process, public authority request, enforcement of our rights, protection of users or the app, investigation of misuse, or a business transaction such as a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of assets. Some privacy laws allow users to opt out of certain sharing, targeted advertising, or sale-like uses of personal information. Sikefi does not rely on an account profile to receive such requests, so requests should be routed through the contact channel in this Policy.

When a legally recognized opt-out applies, we will honor it in the manner required by the relevant law. Platform settings, device controls, and app store privacy controls may also affect certain analytics, advertising, or identifier-based processing where those tools are available.

Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Because Sikefi may operate without a registered user profile, a request may need enough information to identify the relevant app records and protect privacy before action is taken. Certain information may remain where law, security, dispute handling, fraud prevention, purchase administration, or legitimate operational needs support continued retention.

Data Retention

Sikefi keeps personal information for the period reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. User-added content and app records may remain until they are deleted, no longer needed, or replaced through ordinary app use. Technical, diagnostic, and legal records may be kept for a different period when needed for reliability, compliance, or protection of rights. When information is no longer required, it is deleted, de-identified, or handled in another lawful manner.

Security of Your Information

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to reduce the risk of improper access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. Those safeguards may include restricted access, provider controls, monitoring, and internal practices appropriate for app records.

Security risk cannot be eliminated in any app environment. Platform services, networks, and user devices can affect protection, and any notice-worthy incident will be handled under applicable law.

We may revise this Policy when app operations, legal requirements, provider arrangements, or privacy practices change. Updated versions will be posted in the app, on our website, or through another reasonable channel. The updated version applies from the date stated unless a different date is provided.

Children's Privacy

Sikefi is intended for users who can lawfully use a general consumer app under the rules that apply where they live. A parent or guardian should be involved when local law requires adult permission or supervision.

If we learn that information has been provided by a minor in a way that requires parental consent or other legal handling, we will take appropriate steps under applicable law. Guardians may use the contact channel below to make privacy requests involving a child or minor.

International Data Transfers

Sikefi, its service providers, app platform providers, and operational systems may handle information in more than one country. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.

When cross-border handling is required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the type of information and the services involved.
